Who we are is where happiness lies, but this is so often blocked by who we have allowed ourselves to become.” -Caroline Leaf

Adrianna is from Des Moines, Iowa, where she has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Drake University. During her time as an undergraduate, she gained a few years of experience when working with children, adolescents, and their parent(s)/caregiver(s). Her experience has encouraged her to pursue her Masters degree in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Mount Mercy University. She is driven and interested to work with individuals, couples, and families through a relational lens.

Adrianna’s goal is to welcome a safe and connected space that encourages you to heal, feel heard, and to feel valued. She takes a collaborative approach when working with you through the challenges and accomplishments that you may endure. She is passionate when working with you to reach the goals that you wish to achieve for yourself and for the relationships within your everyday life. Adrianna wishes to join you on your life’s journey and help navigate some of the stressors and hardships that you may experience. Together step by step, we can grow, empathize, and learn to become our best selves.

Adrianna enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors (playing volleyball, fishing, swimming). In her free time, she enjoys reading, sketching, and cooking up new recipes influenced from Tiktok.
